1. Welcome

Thank you for choosing Jill’s Driving School. My aim is to help you become a safe, confident driver while keeping lessons relaxed, enjoyable, and tailored to your pace. By booking lessons with me, you agree to the terms below.

2. Lessons

Lessons take place in my dual‑control Seat Ibiza, fully insured for driving tuition.
You’ll need to show a valid UK provisional driving licence at your first lesson.
Please make sure you’re fit to drive — I can’t go ahead with a lesson if you appear unwell or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that affects driving.
Comfortable, sensible footwear is important so you can control the pedals safely.

3. Prices & Payments

Lessons are £35 per hour.
A block booking of 10 hours is £340, payable in advance.
Block bookings are non‑refundable but can be rearranged if needed.
Payments can be made in advance or at the start of each lesson unless we’ve agreed otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move a lesson.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full lesson rate.
If I need to cancel due to illness, car issues, or unsafe weather, I’ll rearrange your lesson at no cost.

5. Punctuality

If you’re running late, I’ll still need to finish at the scheduled time.
If I’m ever late, I’ll make sure the lost time is added on or credited to a future lesson.

6. Safety & Conduct

I may stop a lesson if your driving becomes unsafe or if instructions aren’t being followed.
Dashcams may be used for safety and insurance purposes.
Please treat the car with care — it’s your learning space.

7. Driving Tests

Use of my car for your driving test is at my discretion.
I’ll only take you to test once you’re consistently driving at a safe, test‑ready standard.
DVSA test fees are separate and not included in lesson prices.

8. Liability

I’m not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury unless caused by my negligence.
I can’t be held liable for test cancellations made by the DVSA.

9. Your Information

Your personal details are used only for managing lessons, communication, and legal requirements.
I never share your information with anyone else unless required by law.
